Project Support Bubble purpose is to provide young people from 16 to 18 years with the opportunities and skills needed to best prepare themselves for independent living, thus allowing them to make a positive transition to adulthood. 

We provide a variety of provisions ranging from solo packages which can provide low level floating outreach support or intense 24/7 in house support. We will consider a variety of bespoke packages for young people which include “group living” and “solo placements” whom are preparing to leave care and for those whom have left the care system and might be at risk of homelessness or some form of exploitation, or particularly vulnerable due to individual complex circumstances.

At Project Support Bubble, we believe everyone has the right to good quality accommodation and the kind of support that will allow them to reach their independence.  Our accommodations are furnished to a high standard, The provisions are warm, homely, and well maintained creating an environment that is inviting to young people, helping to reduce some of the anxiety associated with placement moves and transitions.

PSB placements provide permanency for the young people by providing support from the same team of workers, through a variety of transitions and situations of need. Our staff is highly skilled and knowledgeable in being able to support young people with their individual needs.
